How CIA, French Intelligence Agency Conspired to Assassinate Thomas Sankara

On April 6, 2022, Burkina Faso’s ex-President Blaise Compaorรฉ was tried, convicted and sentenced in absentia to life imprisonment for murder. It  took 35 years for justice to catch up with him for murdering his revolutionary socialist predecessor, Thomas Sankara (the “Che Guevara of Africa”), in a 1987 right-wing military coup.  How  long will justice take to catch up with the CIA and its French intelligence counterpart, the Direction gรฉnรฉrale de la sรฉcuritรฉ extรฉrieure (DGSE), for what appears to have been their part in masterminding or enabling the plot that overthrew and killed Sankara? As young military officers in Burkina Faso during the 1970s and 1980s, Thomas Sankara and Blaise Compaorรฉ were the best of friends. The two traveled the country playing in a musical band together and Sankara’s parents adopted Compaorรฉ as his parents had died when he was young. Kamba Wives Belong to the Clan, not Individuals - Kalembe Ndile Blasts Muthama

Days after Wiper unveiled Muthama's ex-wife as the candidate for the upcoming Machakos by-election, Kalembe Ndile has pronounced his enthusiastic support for the Wiper's fronted candidate Ms. Kavindu.

For clarity, Ms. Kavindu vied for the Machakos women representative seat on the Jubilee party ticket in 2017.

The former lawmaker for Kibwezi acknowledged Ms. Kavindu as a compulsive leader who has the thirst for uplifting the wellbeing of her people.

Kalembe Ndile proclaimed that the former wife to Muthama has the political might that will allow for her to battle it out with other candidates, especially the one who will be unveiled by Muthama's party.

Mr. Ndile responded to claims that the former Vice president hasn't been on the forefront in the fight against unemployment, affirming that Kalonzo has proved the critics wrong by fielding Ms. Kavinda who is a squatter with no employment.

The upcoming Machakos by-election has offered up yet another angle to the messy political divorce between Kalonzo and Muthama.

Directing his admission to Johnson Muthama who broke ranks with Kalonzo to join DP Ruto camp, Mr. Ndile was quoted saying, "It's not enough to take your wife to court for a divorce. The Kamba wives belong to the clan. They don't belong to us as individuals."

He argued that marriage within the Kamba tradition allowed for the wife to be considered a member of the clan regardless of her turbulent partnership with her husband.

In a brassy tone, the former lawgiver claimed that Ms. Kavindu is the rightful wife of the former Machakos senator because they willingly bore children who belong to the clan. He further urged Muthama not to allow the divorce papers to blind him from seeing reality.

He proclaimed that when a man finds a dashing second wife he shouldn't despise her first wife for he might need her assistance in the future.
