President Kagame's Former Economic Advisor Formulating Ruto's 2022 Winning Strategy

Hitherto, DP Ruto remains to be the country's most haunted man. Members of his Tanga Tanga team have sustained bruises but whatever ingenious the former Agriculture Minister has done to remain politically a float, only him and God knows.

For decades now, presidential hopefuls have been staking their political lives on tribal jingoism and regionalism but William has come forth with a new style of politics which is pegged on social-economic cleavages.

The man from Sugoi is no doubt a main pole in Tanga Tanga camp but he is standing courtesy of other rafters. Ruto is surrounded with think tanks and strategists who tell him what to do, when, how and where. 

One of the brain boxes behind Ruto's pragmatic political moves is the former economic advisor to Rwandan president Paul Kagame. The former NASA strategist has made a name as a columnist, theorist and economic strategist and his acumen was recently awarded when he was ranked the best African economist.

The brain box previously served as an a counsel to Kagame in recovering Rwanda's nosediving economy. Ndii has billed himself as anti-Dynasty crusader and to see the latter loses in 2022, he has joined forces with William. 

Having worked with notable leaders in Africa and beyond, David sure knows a thing which if embedded to Ruto's 2022 strategy, will see his first shot hitting the set target.
